School Council
At East Worlington school, we teach our children all of the British Values, including democracy. We very much value the views and opinions of our pupils. Our school council comprises of six children- one from each of the KS2 year groups, and two children from KS1. Each year, children stand for election and are voted for by their peers.
The School Council of East Worlington meet on a fortnightly basis to discuss school matters, such as:
- Improving the school experience
- Keeping the school tidy
- Identifying shortfalls in resources and equipment as well as
- Planning charity events
